Article 1

General conditions governing the mutual relations between Abies d.o.o.. and customers' product Abies d.o.o. The buyer to purchase products from the assortment of Abies d.o.o. accepts the general terms of business.

Article 2

For purchases Abies d.o.o.. will issue to a customer delivery note. The buyer is obliged to confirm receipt of goods on delivery note.
Proper and complete confirmation of receipt of goods by the customer includes:

Clearly the name and surname of the person(company) who takes over the goods,
Stamp or/and signature of the person who takes over the goods

Article 3

Delivery of goods to the buyer, the risk of accidental damage or destruction of the things bear Abies d.o.o., a tradition of goods, the risk passes to the buyer.
In the case of the delivery of goods through express delivery services to the customer's request, Abies d.o.o. not bear the risk of accidental damage or destruction of the same.

Article 4

The buyer is required to received the goods in the usual way to review immediately upon receipt of goods or provide for review, and visible defects inform Abies d.o.o. no later than 2 (two) days from the date of download, or else lose the right of him on that basis belongs.

Article 5

Abies d.o.o. will accept a complaint only if:

when Abies d.o.o. by goods that are not equal ordered or if the quality is unsatisfactory.
complaints are recognized within 2 (two) days. Subsequent claims are not recognized.

Article 6

In cases that can not be considered please, Abies d.o.o. will take into account only the consideration of requests for the return of goods that the buyer will be referred in writing. When approval of such a request, the customer will be charged for handling costs in the amount of 15% of the total value of returned goods.

Article 7

The buyer is obliged to pay for ordered goods no later than the date of the currency of payment specified in the account-shipping.

Until the date of payment, goods remain the property of Abies d.o.o.
For all payments made after the maturity date of payment, Abies d.o.o.. the buyer will calculate the legal penalty interest on the amount of debt.

Article 8

For goods from his shop assortment, Abies d.o.o. issued price list, it reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Discounts and terms and conditions of delivery are listed in the price list and specified offers.

Abies d.o.o. be disassociated from the printing mistakes made during the printing, publication and price list.

Article 9

The buyer can take the goods for payment by invoice only when money is on the bank account Abies d.o.o.

Article 10

Abies d.o.o. will consider only the requirements of customers for buying goods with a delay that will contain BON 1.
Abies d.o.o. will issue stock with a delay only to those customers who submit bank guarantee for payment.

Article 11

Sales Offer has only informational purposes, does not serve as a basis for payment and is not binding in terms of price and service delivery.

Article 12

Abies d.o.o. reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions. These conditions are published on the website www.abies.hr with the intention of insurance corect, transparent and secure business between Abies d.o.o. and partners and are in good faith.

On all of these cost you a 5% discount on advance payment.

2% of the ordered amount of 500 - 1000 pieces
3% on the amount ordered 1000 - 2500 pieces
4% on the ordered quantity of 2500 - 5000 pieces
5% of the ordered quantity 5000-10000 pieces
6% on the amount ordered pieces 10000-25000
7% on the ordered quantity over 25,000 pieces

Advances

With orders over 2.500 pieces in advance 30% of the total amount on the invoice.
With orders over 10.000 pieces in advance 40% of the total amount on the invoice.
With orders over 25.000 pieces in advance 50% of the total amount on the invoice (Advances should be paid within 7 days when the order is placed)
